Feel free to post here links to Oblivion utilities and various modding stuff.

Oblivion Savegame Manager by Adam & Sean Olley
This Save Manager allows you to quickly switch between your characters, see where you saved most recently with them, view the in-game screenshot stored in the save, and alter your difficulty and screenshot name for each character.
You just put your characters saves into their own folders (under the OblivionSaves, folder) and this program will detect them, allow you to create new ones and launch the game.
The program in no way harms your saves, it doesn't try to alter them, copy them, move them or delete them. 100% safe so you'll never lose your save files (and all those hours of gameplay) to a glitch.
Oblivion Mod Manager by Timeslip
This is a utility for managing plugins, and also for packing them for distribution.
It can be used as an enhanced version of the data files selector on the oblivion launcher, with sorting and load-order reordering capabilities, but there are a lot more features which can only be used when mods are packed as .omod files.
- You can easily clean all files belonging to a mod out of your data folder
- View the readme without unpacking the mod,
- E-mail the mod author, visit their website or view detailed information about the file.
The main advantage though is that an omod can contain a script which can tell obmm:
- which other mods a mod depends on
- which mods it conflicts with,
- the order in which the esps must load,
- automatically register new bsa files,
- make ini tweaks,
- modify globals or GMST's before activating a plugin etc.
My aim was to make it nearly impossible to install a mod incorrectly.
It also includes a few extra utilities:
- a save manager for syncing your plugin list to a save game,
- a BSA unpacker,
- a conflict detector,
- an archiveinvalidation.txt generator
- a BSA patcher which makes an archiveinvalidation file mostly unneeded.
Note
This application requires .NET 2.0. If you are not sure if you have it installed, please download the self installer version.
Oblivion Profile Manager by Sriram Kashyap
This little tool can be used to maintain 'User Profiles' for Oblivion. It means that you can create 'users' for the game and choose a profile before starting the game so that save files for each user are separate.

Oblivion Pek Dracus Movement Script by Pekka
"This is a direct porting of the movement script from Morrowind that Dracus first wrote and that I expanded. Add the script to any object you want, that you want to move around in a controlled manor, step by step of 1, 5, 10 and so on in one axis in a time and in one angle of an axis at a time.
Real time smooth rotating seems not to work but I don't edit that part at this moment and nothing happens if you push it but if I solve it a new version will be released.
What you can do is to add the script to a couple of Miscitems like the Hourglass, Kitchen Items or any other items that we need to move around., I used the hourglass for testing. You are free to use the script in any way you ant and inside any mod you want. Rightclick the linkbelow and save as a textfile or click it and mark, copy and paste the script direct into your CS scripteditor. Happy "move stuff" around."
CREDITS: Dracus for making the main part of the script for Morowind.
Wrye Bash
Useful utility simylar to the famous Morrowind "Wrye Mash", to manage mods and savegames; of course, from the same author.
