1.The graphics....Really, they arent bad, but I can't stand "shiny" graphics, it seems...Odd
2.The dialogue...I never actually minded having to read the dialogue in MW, in fact, I liked it....
Really, who bothers listening to the voiced dialogue in OB anyways? I always skipped it, and nobody ever had any interesting to say
3.The main storyline-It was thrown in your face, and you basically got the message "DO THIS NOW OR WE ARE DOOMED!" you could just not do it, but from a roleplayers perspective I could not...There is also the lack of freedom in the main quest, my ES characters would rather die than serve the empire, and my OB character actually wanted a daedric invasion....Again, I could ignore it, but really, 2 months ingame with the same rumors? I think not
4.The landscape-It's not that it looks bad, it just doesn't look interesting....Really, we went from awesome jungles and floating ricefields to an european forest? There must be something wrong with that T_T (Of course MK came up with a semi-serious explanation to fill this hole, but I still don't like it)
5.The Imperial City, and cities in general-Most of them were dissapointments, in MW most cities had some unique touch to them, in OB they are all the same with slightly different architecture.
And when it comes to the Imperial City....Mournhold were only slightly smaller than it, and Mournhold is the center of the city of Almalexia
6.Creatures-They decided to move back to the uninteresting DnD creatures...Sure I didn't expect to see arthropods and the like there, but I was expecting something more than minotaurs and trolls.....
7.Everything is either evil or good-In MW, the concepts of good and evil were not to clear, in OB, there is not even a grey zone.....Everything is either black or white, and the ones who are "evil" want destruction, death and wealth....Kinda lame
8.The removal of proper politics-MW was loaded with politics which made the game more involved, in OB all we have are some lame rumors about what happened outside of Cyrodill at the time, really, you would think that many different political groups would try to grasp power in the turmoil, but we don't even have any plotting, whats up with that?
9.The fate of Morrowind-I found that quite lame....Ok, the Temple dies and is replaced by the Imperial Cult as the offical religion, Ald-Ruhn is wrecked, and Redoran is under heavy siege by orc and nord forces, Indoril is destroyed, and Dres gave up slavery....Yeah, they pretty much destroyed it all.
10. Quest Markers, Fast Travel, and other features that simplifies the game-I don't like this, I usualy ignore Fast Travel so I don't usualy complain about that, but the quest markers is quite a nuisance....As well as the journal.....I don't want it given to me on an ebony platter, I want to use common sense, I want to possibly have to ask for directions....But thats not possible is it?
There you have some of it....I could go deeper into some of them if there is any wish.....
