In November - December 2005, Static_Nation recovered nearly two thousand mods that had formerly been at Euro-Morrowind/RPG, "complete from 9-20-2002 till 3-16-2004", and re-uploaded them to Cryonaut's download site Morrowind Mods.org for the community's use. [http://www.morrowind-mods.org/]
Morrowind Mods.org subsequently folded, as did TheLys, another of my favourite sites. Many mods were redistributed from the latter site but it appears that many of these Euro Morrowind mods saved by Static_Nation were again lost to public distribution.
Some of them can be made available again, thanks to RogueShadow, along with other mods that were collected when these and other sites folded. (Several mods exceeding 100MB could not be accommodated at this site.)
If anyone was able to save more of the 1725 Euro Morrowind mods, it would be good to see them also back in public circulation and I can add them to this folder. There is a list of the entire collection uploaded by Static_Nation in the "_Contents" folder in the link.

Several caveats:
First, many of these mods are quite probably also now available at other sites. There has been no attempt to conduct that sort of laborious cross-reference.
Secondly, these may not be the latest or final versions. Check the individual author's site to see if a more current is available and please post in this thread if you know that there is a newer version.
Thirdly, individual mods have not been checked for the presence of a readme file or GMSTs. Caveat emptor ! Before installation, they should be checked for GMSTs and cleaned if necessary. Also, some are older mods and are 'loose packed': if you do not know how to install these, consult a tutorial such as Grumpy's.
Fourthly, after 30 days without the uploader's login, this site dumps all the folder content. The time that I have available for Morrowind mods is now quite limited, so if you see an orphan mod in the folder that does not have a more permanent download location, please feel free to correct that, subject to the usual considerations.
Please note that, compared to a dedicated mod hosting site, there are some download limitations and some patience is advised:
Is there any limitation for the number of downloads per file?
All files can be downloaded unlimited times, but each file can be downloaded by one visitor at the same time only. So, if the file is currently been downloading [sic], you will see a notification. Please, wait for a couple of minutes while the downloading is completed.
Also, any visitor can download one file only at the same time. Our system checks your IP-address in order to count the number of downloads. It means that you cannot use download accelerators which create several downloading streams.
Please direct any concerns about the uploaded mods to Ronin49 at BGSF by PM.
Enjoy.
