Show us pictures of the town or region where do you live!
Personally i love to look at photographs who shows where my friends live... Especially if they live far: travelling is what i like above all, but unfortunately my job don't allows me to do it often (well, i think everyone here has the same problem... Except who travels for work; if there is one here, is a lucky guy indeed).
Then, looking at pictures of towns, cities, and far landscapes helps me in dreaming of them.

Ok, to start things off i upload a pair of images of my city; then another picture taken looking at a beautiful landscape in Umbria (for who don't know Italy, Umbria is a small region immediately above the one where i live, then not very far if you travel by car; Italy is divided in 20 regions in total... I live in Lazio, which is in the middle.).
The landscape don't belong to the main topic at all, but it's so beautiful... So i can't resist to upload it!
Let's go.
As you probably know, i live in Rome: a big and busy city, capital of Italy and capital of the ancient Roman Empire.
Believe me, it's really difficult to choose which images upload; because Rome it's so big, but especially because there are realy a lot of things to see in it!
If you're planning a trip here, be prepared; because you will need months only to discover the historical centre. I still don't know many and many parts of Rome... Even if i live here from 30 years.
Nothing is similar to another things in my city; every building, every street, every palace, every single piece of Rome is different from the others.
Here's a nice view of some rooftops; of course we are in the historical center... But in a little part of it, like i said above.
Can't remember exactly which part of Rome is: i repeat, everything is so big!!!
This is from a balcony (if we can call it "balcony") at Villa Borghese, one of the biggest parks in Rome; we can have a look at the top of the two "Twin Churces", who are in Piazza del Popolo.
Literally translated to english, "Piazza del Popolo" would be "People Square", since "Popolo" isn't the right translation in that case (a better explanation will be provided soon.. Eh eh).
D'you like it?
Oh, and finally here's the landscape from Umbria.
That place is near Casamari, a smal but beautiful town where i went when i was younger; but probably i say a wrong thing, that trael was many years ago and i forgot many things of it.
Ok, there's nothing special in this image; except the landscape, which i love to see and admire.
