This is my first char in the German version of Oblivion, the beautiful Breton Battlemage Marisa. Here she is sneaking through an Aleyde-Ruin... (don't know how it is written in English).

This is my very first English character in Oblivion, only one week old. Her name is Usambara because of her hair- and eye-colour (Usambara is a flower, special violet). I made her a "mixture of all", mostly warrior (blade, block, blunt, heavy armor), a little magic (restoration) and a little thief (security, marksman).

Your wish is my command, master! ;D This is my new character (I just can't help it...), a Highelf and Silvermage, her name is Giselle. She has golden hair (self-made colour) and hazel-eyes. Here she is standing on the balkony of a tavern in Skingrad. One day she will be a veeeery powerful mage!

Wonderful!!! Those screenshots looks really great now with your new videocard! And congratulations: you're on the right way to have 70 charachters also in Oblivion. However... "Silvermage" sounds new to me: is a custom class? And "hair with self - made colour"... What does it mean, have you textured the hair by yourself?

"Silvermage" is indeed custom made, I didn't want to have "Alchemy" as a skill, because you level too easy with that. So I changed it to "blade". And you can very easy create your own hair-colours (I did that with Usambara as well). The eyes are a PI.

When I lately disvovered Ren's Beauty Pack für Oblivion, I could not resist!! So this is Shanna, a very beautiful Mystic Elf, on her way through Cyrodiil. She just became member of the thieve's guild and will sneak around everywhere. Isn't she sweet as candy?? Right before leaving the sewers... Doing some shopping in the imperial city: And finally at her pirate-ship, wearing a shirt matching to her eye-colour!

Thank you Magicflame and ElMarinero for this posts: those are really great images! I think Oblivion inspires in "screenshoting" more than Morrowind... Since in Cyrodiil you have the infinite view distance by default. Great new character you have, Magicflame: i'm still wondering about how can you manage so many PCs, 'cos i really can't, don't know how to love more than 1 per time! ;D I tend to start the game with only one PC, ad then go ahead with it for months 'til i've finished all. Glad to hear that the "Rin's Beauty Shop" is available for Oblivion too! ElMarinero: probably you know that i love nords... So what can i write more? Amazing Walkyd! Do you use a replacer for the ingame on - screen fonts? Mag's are different from yours.

Oh, I didn´t know that. My favorite race are the Bretons. The in-game on-screen fonts are a result of a German modification of Oblivion. When Bethesda released Oblivion, the German localization was really bad. Lots of misspelling and non-understandable descriptions of potions.) So the modders fixed those errors and while doing so, new in-game on-screen fonts are used.

Shanna, the nice and friendly silver-haired MysticElf, was very angry about the GreyFox (a bug in the game and no solution up to now) - so she changed her hair-colour into black (she even changed her eye-colour but how she did that will forever be her secret) and called herself Shanna the Dark. She now wanted to join the Dark Brotherhood. She won't tell who was her first innocent victim, because at that time it was hard for her to kill, but she did it - and short time later her restless sleep was disturbed by a visitor she never will forget.. The adventures after that won't be told in details here, the excitement for other adventurers shall not be destroyed. It was dangerous, thrilling, dark, breathless exciting - and sometimes very sorrowful. Shanna the Dark did her work very experienced and gritted her teeth when thing got hard. As an assassin she could not show any feelings. Yet... The story went on and took an unexpected twist, it was the most exciting experience Shanna ever had, and at the end there was a very impressing encounter and advancement to the head of all darkness. Yes, she was emply rewarded and now enjoys all the comforts of being the chief - but her heart will stay dark forever and her eyes will look in deep sorrow because inside her there is a neverending whispering: Lucien, Lucien, Lucien...

That's indeed an intriguing story! And effectively many people says that the Dark Brootherhood quests are really really good and involving... Looking forward to know more about Shanna's adventures!

In that Dark Brotherhood quest -- my 71-year-old dad told me something I didn't know.
( Potential spoilers )
When you're getting close to the end of that quest, if you pick up the "Mother's head" and bring it to the Dark Brotherhood meeting in the cabin, and drop it on the floor, one of the DB people there is the traitor and he'll get very visibly upset and emotional! Then you'll know ahead of time which one of them is the traitor.
One thing I did notice at the final meeting when all of you go to meet with the Night Mother before the traitor kills everyone, the guy who I happen to know is the traitor really stares at you intently, while everyone else seems to watch the Night Mother.
