P.S.: What do you say, should I post 'A skip in the clouds' over at PES / POTD? Absolutely! But I also think you should also post 'rural moonrise,' 'trees in the mist' and your breathtaking 'ships through the gate' picture. That one really made me catch my breath, literally. Of course, there are more OB fans at POTD, many who like action and character shots. But usually everyone can appreciate a new way to look at familiar land (and sky) scapes. So even in the beginning, when only a few diehard MW fans commented on my pics, I kept posting anyway and now they readily accept my pics, tho they may never have played MW. So if you like it, I say post it - because, as you've already discovered - there's a good chance others will like it too. Just my dos centavos. ~m

Oh yes, Franz, I forgot these two pics. I also really like the 'gracelands' with all the animalitos - very interesting and unique piccie. And 'Azura give us your blessing' is a stunner...a definite choice for POTD. Just my dos centavos. Now to the land of dreams - early morning tomorrow. C'mon, all you lurkers - sign up and start posting, k? Let's shock Osiris when he gets back. ;D kirkout, ~m

"Run into the wind, when it comes (For it comes) The time is not now to be still (When it comes) The storm clouds are rolling The lightning is flashing The rain drops are pounding; It comes. Shout into the wind, when it comes (For it comes) Barefooted, dance out in the rain (When it comes) The storm clouds are rolling The thunder is raging The wind, it is seeking; It comes. Run into the wind as it comes." (Crystalheart)

"It takes time to heal.
Build a bridge from now to tomorrow. Sink the piers deep into the Earth. Pour in concrete day by day, a little at a time, and let it set.
It takes time to heal.
It may feel very awkward, as if you're making empty promises, as if you're simply spanning empty space.
But someday, somehow, somewhere, you'll find yourself upon a brand new shore, glancing back at the bridge which you alone have built.
It takes time to heal."
Ted Hibbard Daedric skyThe Huntress"To One In Paradise
Thou wast all that to me, love, For which my soul did pine- A green isle in the sea, love, A fountain and a shrine, All wreathed with fairy fruits and flowers, And all the flowers were mine.
Ah, dream too bright to last! Ah, starry Hope! that didst arise But to be overcast! A voice from out the Future cries, "On! on!"- but o'er the Past (Dim gulf!) my spirit hovering lies Mute, motionless, aghast!
For, alas! alas! me The light of Life is o'er! "No more- no more- no more-" (Such language holds the solemn sea To the sands upon the shore) Shall bloom the thunder-blasted tree Or the stricken eagle soar!
And all my days are trances, And all my nightly dreams Are where thy grey eye glances, And where thy footstep gleams- In what ethereal dances, By what eternal streams."
Edgar Allan Poe

Franz - Summer, Stardance and Fae hope you had a wonderful birthday!!! Always keep the magic and music and wonder in your heart. These latest pictures are just wonderful. I'm so glad you chose to share your screen art on this thread, at TCC and at POTD as well. Hope you will continue to cherish the romantic and the beautiful in RL as well as in Morrowind. Here's a little song for you and for everyone here at TCC - since fae and her companions will be going into the west for awhile: www.youtube.com/watch?v=nSz16ngdsG0&mode=related&search=And also want to give you a special blessing on this special day and every day: May the longtime Morrowind Sun rise early and paint lovely skyscapes for you at dawn and dusk. May Masser and Secunda illuminate your Morrowind nights. May all the Morrowind stars ever twinkle in your Nerevarine sky. And most of all, may all your Morrowind quests be exciting, enchanting and picturesque. peace, love, light always, ~fae

Oh fae, thank you so much for your wonderful words. Besides my family there's people like you who encourage me with your continous support, kind comments and, of course, beautiful pictures of your own adventures in MW.
Since many years I consider Morrowind as an inspirational platform for pictures, poems and fantasy art in general (quite like in the 'old days' when I've played AD & D and such RPG's in 'realtime'). Because what are RPG's and our RL without our imagination?
So today exceptionally no picture but a little poem about how I see the world...
"Someone Once Said
someone once said that I was blind because I could not see what was in front of me
someone once said that I was deaf because I could not hear the call of someone who was very near
someone once said that I was dumb because I could not speak my mind while I was in the hot seat
and in reply I said that I could see the beauty of the world I could see the beauty of a birds wings when they unfurled just before flight
and in reply I said that I could hear the very beat of his heart when he was happy or when in fear
and in reply I said that a picture is worth a thousand words so look about and you'll see that there are paintings and pictures look around and you'll see that they are drawn and painted by me"

Now that's a really wonderful picture! Even though my old eyes can't really make out what your character is doing there, it seems to me that there is somebody dancing in a spotlight on a foggy, misty day. (Singing: "All by myself"...) Especially the daedric ruin in the background looks awesome! And I love that bridge-screenshot very much, it will be my next desktop-picture if you don't mind.

Wow, thanks for your nice comments, Magic The scene takes place on the beach near Suran. It's early in the morning and only one family has arrived yet to spend the day near the water. Their daughter (around 8 years old) dances oblivious of all around one on the yet rather cold sand, singing lovely tunes... I was standing nearly 30 mins realtime on that beach just watching the girl dancing while the sun was slowly risen over the misty waters... I don't care for fights in MW, it's because of such scenes that the game is so fascinating for me. Franz P.S: Be welcome on the bridge pic and thanks again for your kind comment.
