My latest character, Christina Marigold, is a demanding Telvanni Altmer, who in accordance with the latest story I'm writing, needed an estate of her own. So I got commissioned to build this house for her. The building of it came so easily and smoothly and was so much fun, I decided it was worth sharing. Thanks to Kikaimegami for her lighting work in the pool room and ruthless beta testing. Lots of screenshots and download available HERE.I hope you enjoy playing it as much as I enjoyed making it.

Looks very good to me! Probably your best housemod so far, i like a lot much of the decore solutions and ideas; you really put a lot of effort in creating it.
Is the kitchen NOM compatible? Where is exactly located the house? Are you planning an update with quest, maybe?

I don't play NoM, and don't want to so I don't have any idea how it would be made NoM compatible. Directions to the house are included in the Read me. It's in northern Azura's Coast, northeast of Ahemmusa Camp. It's meant to be very remote, but there's a teleport ring so you should only have to run there once. No plan to update with a quest. I made it for an already high level character so I didn't see the need to bother. I just thought it turned out lovely so I decided to share. I've been playing this ever since I finished it and it is indeed the best house I've ever made. I love it. Thanks for the kind words and interest.

To make a mod NOM compatible you only need to get the NOM compatibility pack by Taddeus and Nymeria (it should be up at PES) and merge the items you want with your plugin, better instructions are in the readme: who plays NOM will see that all the eventual cooking items, water containers etc. in the house have now full NOM functionality; who don't play NOM will not have any changes in his gameplay. Let's say, It works similar to Morrowind Crafting... If you will make other house mods in the future you should consider NOM, as it's a very popular mod.
But again, the house looks very good. Congratulations!
